# USA Ninja Challenge > The Confidence Club. USA Ninja Challenge (USANC) is a national network of 46+ ninja obstacle training gyms serving 50,000+ kids annually. We build physical, mental, and emotional confidence in children ages 4-17 through age-appropriate ninja warrior–style training, camps, competitions, and birthday parties. USA Ninja Challenge offers structured curriculum-based ninja training, summer/seasonal camps and clinics, competitive teams, and birthday parties at locations across the United States. Our coaches are USANC-trained and follow evidence-based youth athletic development principles.
