USANC Timeline

FIRST 3 MONTHS - PRE-OPENING
(PRE-LAUNCH MARKETING BEGINS AT LEASE SIGNING)

Months 1 through 3 - Build-Out Process:  In the first three months prior to launch, your main priorities are outfitting your gym, finding and hiring instructors, participating in business training, building student enrollment and integrating into your community.

SECOND 3 MONTHS - POST LAUNCH
Months 4 through 6 - Building Brand Awareness:  During the three months after launch, your priorities will shift to propagating your story to news agencies and preparing for your grand opening! You should have a healthy group of students participating and new testimonials will be gathered from excited parents and students. This is considered ongoing marketing to further develop word-of-mouth sharing of your business through the online communities of which you're a part.
